Important Things to Know when using Greyhound Freight

  1. Package your freight items securely and safely. Use bubble wrap and masking tape to ensure your items are protected from damage during transit.
  2. Once your freight is packaged, measure the dimensions of each package (Refer to the diagrams below) and weigh each item.
  3. Greyhound Freight is charged by mass, ie length x breadth x height and each freight item cannot exceed 25Kg in weight. You may be charged for any excess wieght if your freight item exceeds 25Kg as it is outside our standard guidelines.
